Refund policy

Within the Netherlands, if your order is placed on business days before 23:59, it will be shipped the same day. You can expect your order to be delivered the next business day. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, we ask you to be a little more patient: you can expect your order the following Tuesday. We do not ship on the following public holidays: January 1st, April 9th, April 10th, April 26th (orders placed today will be processed but will be delivered on the 28th), April 27th (orders placed today will be processed on the 28th), May 18th, May 28th, May 29th, December 5th, December 24th, December 25th, December 26th, and December 31st. If you order on one of these dates your order will be shipped the next business day. For orders shipped to a country outside the Netherlands, the delivery may take slightly longer. For orders of less than these amounts, delivery costs are calculated on the checkout page. When your package leaves the warehouse, we send an email notifying you that your package is on its way, along with a track & trace link to track your package.


REFUND POLICY We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can always contact us for any return question at info@routineactive.com Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too."
